To better serve you, we offer online appointments to all of our customers. We also take appointments by phone and text. Let us know what works for you and we will do our best to work with your schedule. Please understand that our staff members have families to feed, bills to pay and responsibilities just like you. This is their job and livelihood. When they aren't servicing clients, they are not earning any money.
To provide optimal services, only the client and Waxing provider are allowed in the treatment room during an appointment. Except for clients under the age of 18, where we invite a parent or guardian to be on hand. Sorry Fido, but we don't allow pets in the treatment room either.
We LOVE kids! If you bring yours with you to your appointment, please keep in mind that it is a very small place. If your child can stay seated like they would have to at school while you have services preformed, by all means bring them in. If they have trouble staying seated, it may not be the best place to make them come as we do not have anything to entertain them.
We understand that life can get busy, so we send out reminders by either email or text messaging. When you set up your appointment, you can choose which reminder you would like. (Both if you want). If for any reason you don't want a reminder, you may log into your account and turn the reminders off.
Your appointment is very important to our staff at MetroWaxx. It is reserved especially for you. We understand though that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they would like and so on and so forth. Good relationships are based on communication and we make it easy to make adjustments to your appointments online via our online scheduling at metrowaxx.com, or you can also call or text us. Second Occurrence: Stern (but polite) warning with Notice. $20 Inconvenience Fee paid directly to Staff Member.
Third Occurrence: A Charge equal to 50% of the reserved Service amount.
Fourth Occurrence: Future appointments will require a Credit Card on file and last-minute cancels or no-show's will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
