Taniwaki & Associates, Inc. strives to be a bridge builder between two cultures by providing high-quality and detail-oriented consecutive interpretation, translation (English < > Japanese), and research services. Our clients are equally divided between the U.S. and Japan. We go the extra mile to satisfy the needs of our clients. Consequently, many of our first-time clients have become repeat customers.

Taniwaki & Associates, Inc. was formed in August 2002 to better serve the expanding needs of our clients.

Our president, Takako Taniwaki, is a Japanese native born in Kobe, Japan. Prior to the establishment of Taniwaki & Associates, Inc., she has served the Washington D.C. area as an independent interpreter, translator, and researcher since 1992.
